Hey friends, Ike here, penning my first blog post for Spark! I am excited to be sharing and interacting with our community and, through my posts, hope to foster an open, informal dialogue that entertains and educates…but more importantly creates a “spark” that’ll keep you coming back to the blog!
As our director of photography, my posts may veer down Photo Avenue, but!, I pinky-swear to post relative, USEFUL content that you can utilize while planning your next wedding and/or event! And, while I intend to post at least once or twice per week, I encourage you to make suggestions for future posts at any time. So, while my first post (read: this one) is more or less an introduction, how can I keep you coming back? Do you want to know tips for planning? Do you want to know how to choose the right photographer for your event? Do you want checklists and other time saving, stress relieving advice? Do you want guidance on hiring local venues for your event? Or… do you just want to see images of cats and kittens being cute and hilarious? (Why did I even ask? OF COURSE you want to see funny images of cats and kittens!)
